Operation steps of metal components brass fabrication service

1. Boot, each coordinate axis manually back to the machine origin
2. Tool preparation
According to the processing requirements, select Φ20 end mill, Φ5 center drill, Φ8 twist drill, and then clamp the Φ20 end mill with the spring collet handle. The cutter number is set to T01, and the Φ5 center is clamped with the drill chuck handle. Drill, Φ8 twist drill, tool number set to T02, T03, the tool tool edge finder is mounted on the spring chuck shank, the tool number is set to T04.
3. The tool holder of the clamped tool is manually placed into the tool magazine, ie
1) Enter "T01 M06" and execute
2) Manually attach the T01 tool to the spindle
3) Follow the above steps to put T02, T03, T04 into the tool magazine.
4. Clean the workbench, install fixtures and workpieces
Clean the flat vise on a clean workbench, align and level the vise through the dial indicator, and place the workpiece on the vise.
5. Set the tool and determine the input workpiece coordinate system parameters.
1) Using the edge finder to determine the zero offset value in the X and Y directions, input the zero offset value of the X and Y directions into the workpiece coordinate system G54, and the Z offset zero offset value in G54 is 0;
2) Place the Z-axis setter on the upper surface of the workpiece, and call the No. 1 tool from the tool magazine to mount the spindle. Use this tool to determine the Z coordinate deviation value of the workpiece coordinate system and input the Z-direction zero offset value. In the length compensation code corresponding to the machine tool, the "+" and "-" numbers are determined by G43 and G44 in the program. If the length compensation command in the program is G43, the Z-direction zero offset value of "-" is input to the machine tool. Length compensation code;
3) In the same procedure, input the Z-direction zero offset of the No. 2 and No. 3 tools into the length compensation code corresponding to the machine tool.
6. Input processing program
The computer-generated machining program is transferred to the memory of the machine control system via the data line.
7. Debugging processing program
The method is to debug by moving the workpiece coordinate system along the +Z direction, that is, lifting the knife.
1) Debug the main program, check 3 whether the tool completes the tool change according to the process design;
2) Debug each of the three subroutines corresponding to the three tools to check whether the tool movement and machining path are correct.
8. Automatic processing
After confirming that the program is correct, restore the Z value of the workpiece coordinate system to the original value, and move the rapid traverse override switch and the cutting feedrate override switch to the low gear. Press the CNC start button to run the program and start machining. Pay attention to the tool path and the remaining moving distance during machining.
9. Remove the workpiece and test it.
Select the vernier caliper for size inspection and perform quality analysis after the test.
